It's that time of year when everyone blogs about the year. I'm really busy catching up on Dexter episodes and doing a mammoth-sized photo project for my mother, so I'll sum it up my personal experiences in 2009 with some bullet points. In no particular order:

• Learned about the 3-4 defense
• Moved in with Jake and Sarge
• Quit a nightmare job for a new job that is going pretty well
• Gained and lost some weight
• A baby was born and I was really excited about it
• Was 10 feet from David Beckham
• Made a handful of incredible friends and lost contact with some not-so incredible ones
• Reluctantly ended my Jazzercise instructing career after a series of health issues
• Helped raise $18,000 for Operation Breakthrough
• Took one of the best vacations of my life
• Paid off over $3,500 on my student loan debt
• Got some more debt (which is repaid in cuddles)
• Learned about my family history
• Discovered ModCloth.com 

The biggest lesson I learned this year is: If something isn't going right, get off your butt and change it. I did that a lot in 2009, and I can say that as I head into 2010... I'm one happy woman.
