Weight Loss: Week Two
Monday, July 13, 2009 at 9:46PM I'm onto week two of Weight Watchers after last week's weight-gain confession.

Grilled Chicken Sammiches are the bomb.com! I lost 85 pounds eating them everyday. But its important to not add any sauce to them. Just bun, lettuce and tomato, (or tomacko as the Simpsons called them.)

I go with dipping them in fat-free dressing or honey mustard. On WW you just have to know the points values in the foods you eat and you can basically have anything (as long as you keep within your points range).
