Weight Loss: Week Four
Monday, July 27, 2009 at 10:07PM Let's just spill the beans and say I had a successful week - but you have to watch to find out how successful!
Considering I had Wendy's, Taco Bell AND Chinese food this week, I wasn't expecting this much success. I guess I'm learning how to include fun foods into a healthier lifestyle.
I also show you a great way to visualize your weight loss in this video. It opens your eyes as to how big those "small" milestones can be.

Niiiiiiiiice!
A great way to lose weight is to supplement your diet with vitamin D. Most experts recommend at least 2,000 IU of vitamin D every day, but vitamin D-producing UVA sunlight is less avaliable in most states, such as Kansas. That's why most people turn to vitamin D supplements, such as CardioDaily

AT-A-GIRL! So by my count you only about 12.4 lbs from your goal?
What are you doing for exercise? Just the Jazzersize or have you added other stuff?
Thanks!!! I'm 12.4 lb away from where I was last April... so we'll see how comfortable I feel after losing that much. Don't want to get down to a weight that I can't maintain!
Just doing Jazzercise. I teach four classes a week, so it can get pretty intense. I'll be starting up indoor soccer in September, too.
